CaféCircle is a digital loyalty platform operated by Vero& Pty Ltd (ABN 37 699 193 676) that connects independent cafés and their customers through a shared stamp-based rewards network. By signing up as a merchant, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Merchant access to CaféCircle is provided on a subscription basis. Current pricing is $59/month (Basic) or $99/month (Premium). Pricing may change with 30 days written notice. There is no lock-in contract — you may cancel at any time.
As a CaféCircle merchant, you agree to:
CaféCircle collects customer data including name, email, and visit history in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Merchant access to customer data is limited to aggregate analytics and is governed by applicable Australian privacy law.
By joining CaféCircle, your café will be listed on the CaféCircle customer-facing network. Customers may earn stamps at your café and redeem rewards earned at other network cafés. You agree to honour valid reward redemptions regardless of which café issued the stamps.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your merchant dashboard. CaféCircle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Vero& Pty Ltd's liability is limited to the amount paid by the merchant in the previous 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
